From installation to every single step, the company and its developers have put in a lot of blood and sweat. The installation experience of Windows 8 would be many times better- the best till now as a matter of fact. Microsoft and Windows operating systems have came a long way from those days when there used to be installation issues, can you believe it- issues during installation? With Windows 8, the ratings and ease is supposed to increase even more.

Once the installation issues started settling down, Microsoft shifted its concentration form getting the issues fixed to giving a better installation experience and they are succeeding in it. The previews versions released were proving that Microsoft developers are on the right track and more can be expected by the final release. The Developer preview was a solid example and was delivered with enhanced easiness to the users. The Consumer preview outdid that.

The installation experience begins with the very first step of installation; Starting of the process. It continues throughout the process even after the platform installation. Not only the speed and easiness has improved, but on demand, the advanced setup functionality is also retained. The separate steps for the preparation and starting of the installations are clubbed and fast and reliable setup procedure wizard is created. Even the purchasing will not take more time as it used to. All these will make the installation of the operating system a memorable one- best till date.

The setup will check for the drive and other hardware compatibility and the user are guided through the entire process with proper prompts and instructions. The most appealing part of the purchase and installation is the elimination of the 25 character product key which was much a headache. The Product key is being replaced by a Pre-Key image, which can be downloaded and used. Isn’t it cool and easy?

These were the features and advantages that we know after the release of the beta versions, the final version will be definitely like these or even more advanced.
